Skyway Director Kheh Bribed Two Former Performance Motors Employees

The bribe case related to the former performance motors employees who were charged with corruption disturbed and blew many people. In the case, Chong Ann Teck and Patrick Pow Kwok Yun are the two suspects, accused of receiving bribes from Kheh Thiam Hoo, Director of Skyway Credit & Leasing Pte Ltd, and Teo Kian Hong, a Director of Teo Tian Seng Motor Credit Pte Ltd (TTS).
Former director of sales and marketing Patrick Pow Kwok Yun, 47,  is accused of receiving a bribe from Kheh Thiam Hoo. The company of Kheh is the sole finance agent appointed by Performance Motors Ltd. Hence, in return for maintaining a good business relationship and accepting proposals submitted by Skyway Pow had received gifts and loans as a bribe.
Pow is accused of obtaining a $13,390 Franck Muller watch from Mr. Kheh Thiam Hoo, a director of Skyway,  as a deal to maintain a good business relationship’ with the finance company.
Apart from that, he is also alleged of receiving two loans of $50,000 and $32,000, from Mr. Kheh, for accepting proposals, submitted by Skyway.
Other than Mr.Pow, Chong Ann Teck, 40, Former senior sales manager is also accused of receiving bribes from Mr. Kheh. Allegedly, he has received a $12,700 Pioneer plasma TV set from Mr. Kheh of Skyway to ‘consider favorably’ its future business proposals.
A Brief About  Kheh Thiam Hoo
He is the director of a well-known company, Skyway Credit & Leasing Pte Ltd (Performance Motors Ltd’s appointed sole finance agent). The company was incorporated in 1999 July 21st, and works majorly as a credit agent between major banks and consumers for their vehicle financing needs.
Pow faced a total of 8 Cases regarding corruption charges. And, out of which three were related to finance company Skyway Credit and Leasing.
